Anthony Moreno has joined Caldwell Homes and will be serving as our Sales Manager. In this important role, he will be developing relationships with both buyers and realtor partners. He’ll accomplish this by doing consistent marketing to realtor offices in the area and by managing the day to day sales activities for Caldwell Homes. He brings a lot of experience to his role, having previously spent over 6 years with Westin Homes as part of his overall 10 years of new home sales experience.
Kim Shelton recently joined Caldwell Homes and serves as a Sales Counselor for Towne Lake. She uses her sales abilities working with prospective buyers throughout the sales process. Her background includes both experience as a realtor as well as a new home sales consultant. She believes excellent customer service is defined by being genuinely interested in improving the customer’s lifestyle and makes it her top priority to go that extra mile to fulfill the buyer’s dream.
Construction Operations Manager
Herb Williams joined Caldwell Companies in 2019 as a construction operations manager for Caldwell Homes. In this role, Herb oversees new home construction operations in the Houston and College Station area. Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Herb was a project manager for Sitterle Homes and held a senior construction manager role at David Weekley Homes. Herb received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
Sales Counselor / Starts Coordinator
Colleen works in our College Station Office. She works as both the Starts Coordinator and the Sales Counselor for our Mission Ranch Community. She is also the Custom Lot Sales Representative for Mission Ranch. In addition to her sales and purchasing responsibilities, Colleen assists our College Station Residential Development Team and the Property Management Team. Her strong organizational skills are a huge asset in keeping the College Station office running smoothly.
Terrell joined Caldwell Homes in 2021 as a Construction Manager. In this role, Terrell is the liaison between clients, construction partners and construction operations. Prior to joining Caldwell Homes, Terrell was a land surveyor doing residential surveys and most recently spent the last several years as a construction manager with another homebuilder in the Houston area. In his free time, Terrell enjoys spending time with family, fishing, playing basketball, and cooking.
As a purchasing manager for Caldwell Homes, Michael works with the estimating team to add to the processes that are already in place to help track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Michael will also help the building team as they look to improve efficiency, increase overall quality, and ensure customer satisfaction. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending as much quality time as possible with his wife Lindsey, as well as his family and friends.
Director, Caldwell Homes
Todd is responsible for Caldwell Homes operations. His responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day construction operations, managing the design to construction phase of projects, staffing projects, and project delivery. Todd’s background includes property management, commercial development, residential development, and construction. In his spare time he enjoys bird hunting, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Vice President Operations
Tim is responsible for overseeing Construction, Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales. Tim brings 35 years of operational excellence to the team. Prior to joining the Caldwell Team, Tim was Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes for seven years, Vice President of Operations at KB Home for eleven years and has held positions at Pulte Homes ranging from Assistant Construction Manager to Director of Construction for over 18 years.
Coby Kidd joined Caldwell Homes as a Junior Builder in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the construction of single family homes & Creekstone office condos in Towne Lake. Coby also coordinates & manages warranty service claims. Coby graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2020 with a BBA in Management. While attending Mary Hardin-Baylor, Coby interned for Caldwell Companies multi-family department where he learned the ins and outs of the business.
Construction / Customer Service Coordinator
Becky will be watching over the day-to-day details with Construction, Customer Service, and assisting the team where needed throughout Caldwell Homes. One of Becky’s strengths is defining a goal, coordinating a team, and achieving a desired result. Prior to joining Caldwell Homes, Becky has been a part of the residential construction industry for 8 years taking on multiple roles throughout the business including Starts Department, Land Development, Operations, and Warranty.
Rebecca is responsible for managing the budgets and will be operating as a central hub for our homebuilding division. This requires her to be a proactive problem solver who engages in working with Construction Managers, vendors, subcontractors, our Sales Team & Accounting. Rebecca has worked across the Houston area from Custom Builders to National Production Builders focusing on Design Center & Options Purchasing Management as well as Supply Chain Management.
Director of Purchasing
Art's duties include pricing negotiation, price forecasting, estimate/budget accuracy, variance purchase order resolution, option pricing, and the support of both the Construction and Sales Departments. Art has worked for home builders like Perry Homes, Village Builders, Lennar Corporation, Gehan Homes, and Meritage Corporation. He has held the titles of Estimator, Senior Estimator, Estimating Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Director of Purchasing during his career.
As a builder, Travis plans, coordinates, and supervises the construction of new homes. After attending Texas A&M, Travis successfully ran a home remodeling company before serving as a Community Construction Manager with one of the nation's largest homebuilders. It was there he spent years building some of the most rigorously engineered homes & townhomes on the Gulf coast. Travis' keen eye has been recognized for building high-quality homes with record customer satisfaction.
Kevin joined the Caldwell Homes team in 2021 as a builder in the single family home division. He brings over 35 years of new home construction experience. He will be responsible for the oversight of new home construction & customer satisfaction in The Highlands community in Porter, TX. As a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in business management, Kevin has a keen insight into the key components necessary to bring together the resources needed to accomplish high customer satisfaction.
Director of Capital Markets & CFO
Ronnie Hale joined Caldwell with almost 30 years of business experience and a strong background in corporate finance. As Director of Capital Markets and CFO, Ronnie works to structure property level equity and debt financing transactions; source equity and debt; coordinate investor relations, improve & enhance cash management strategies, oversee property & note acquisition, and implement business development initiatives. Hale came to Caldwell from NetVersant Solutions, LLC.
As Development Partner, Peter Barnhart brings a very successful history of acquiring, developing and selling large land development projects. With Caldwell Homes, he serves as Executive Vice President & Partner. Peter’s financial, construction and marketing skills combined with a unique blend of experience in commercial and community development, allows Caldwell Companies to plan and create environments where people like to live, work and play.

Fred began his career in 1983 with The Originals Group, a local homebuilder and development company based out of Houston.
